In recent years, Brazil has become a world leader in beef exports, and Mercúrio Alimentos, a genuinely Brazilian company headquartered in Belém, in the state of Pará, responsible for producing the Quality Beef, Super Chef, and Best Black Buffalo brands, is proud to be part of this story. Mercúrio Alimentos has two modern refrigerating plants located in the cities of Xinguara (SIF 4413) and Castanhal (SIF 4554) both in Pará, and a food distributor in the city of Belém, thus concentrating its productive activities in this state, where there is an of the largest cattle herds in Brazil and recognized by the OIE as free of foot-and-mouth disease with vaccination.

SUPERCHEF PREMIUM
The cut is obtained from animals from the crossing of European breeds that ensure the marbling of the meat.

Along these lines, we achieve the highest quality cuts. Grill offers beautiful pieces that can be grilled with a good level of fat. Maturada, in addition to greater softness, has a more sophisticated flavor.
